LOST? They weren't dead on the island, you idiot. Way to miss the entire point lol.
Or $100 wireless adapters... rofl.
Completely false information, who approved this?
They're temporarily shifting all 470 chips toward the production of the GTX490, which is a dual GPU using two 470 cores..
What a stupid conclusion. Everybody needs resupplies. Only dead people need revives, only vehicles need repairs. Of course there have been more resupplies, that doesn't mean there's more people playing assault.
PC gaming has been, and will always be bigger than console gaming. Enjoy your community of 13 year olds.
Inb4 more retarded comments blowing this out of proportion.
Look guys, EVERY online game on the PC has required this for years. You put in a cdkey, you make an account, you play online. Console games with online features have been immune to this for a long time, and its catching up with companies via used-game sales. They could JUST as easily do the same exact things PC games do, and have a one-code-per-game system. If they did this, there would be ZERO used sales. NONE.
Shooting themselves in the foot. MW2 is garbage and everybody knows it, you don't want people to think you're going to mimic them because of how "phenomenal" they are..
They aren't selling less copies. Maybe 'less', but not significantly. The numbers just seem smaller in the casual era because of every non-gamer wannabe buying Modern Warfare 2. These people don't buy games like Final Fantasy.
Please. Half the NES titles mentioned aren't even genuinely hard games. There's a difference between being difficult, and being poorly designed.
The only people I know who said Demon's Souls wasn't the hardest game they ever played, were fags who looked up everything about the game before they even bought it.. and started off as a Soul Arrow spamming wuss to steamroll through all the games initial challenges.
Get off your high horse. Not only is it the hardest game of this generation, in my opinion its the hardest game of all time.
RememberThe357, are you an idiot? Rhetorical question.
This isn't a beta test, it's an ALPHA. It's a sneak peak they gave to FFXI subscribers, BEFORE the beta. The game is barely on two feet yet, give me a break with the 'overhaul' comments. There's nothing even to overhaul yet..
Only looks slow because of the server lag, it's an Alpha test. Look at the combat log and measure the time between "Readying" and when the ability actually fires.
The ability timers are mostly around 1 second. World of Warcraft has a 1.5 second Global... so this game is actually faster. The only difference is no auto-attack damage spam, and would anybody really try to make the argument that would 'take away the boredom'? Please.
I can't see her without thinking of Meg. She is ruined for me.
Year+ headstart for the 360 probably has something to do with that ;p Even with that, the gap is still rapidly closing now.
Usually, this is the point where I'd point out that while not a masterpiece.. FF13 is still a perfectly serviceable JRPG.
However, after watching that video, this comment is now reserved for ripping the fgts in front of the camera. Seriously, 'fking awful' doesn't even begin to describe it. Don't quit your day job fellas..
No items. Fox only, FINAL DESTINATION.
Kotaku sucks.
I guess you would prefer the DX9/10 numbers then?

Same result, by a larger margin. I just thought the DX11 performance was more relevant.
The 470 is the best price/performance card on the market now, as seen here:
http://images.hardwarecanuc...
And the 480 is simply the fastest single GPU on the market period. Both have their markets.
Bobby Kotick commenting on Blizzard and Battle.net 2.0 like he has active involvement makes my soul bleed.
