Your not seeing the big picture what if other major publishers (ubi capcom,activision etc) begin to follow in EA's footsteps?
Take PS+ IGC for example it received Dead Space 3 last month I can guarantee that will be the last EA game offered on PS+ .
The difference is even microsoft themselves were selling the titanfall and forza bundles for $450 along major retailers as well

Please EA is the second biggest pub. They release the same madden every year, NBA Live is horrible they blackballed sega (Further helping Kill The Dreamcast) because they wanted sports exclusivity, Killed NFL2k. Hell they wanted to buy Rockstar once upon A time.
So now the PS4 owners are supposed to pay the same price for this service when xbox's EA access will have more EA games in its vault (tiatanfall,Plants vs zombies)

It do not represent A good value when xbone has more EA games than ps4 and yet we still pay the same price hell no and I dont like the precedent EA is starting next thing you know every pub will want 30$ A year.
They also helped kill the dreamcast EA was always scared of 2k so they blackballed sega No EA games has ever released on DC because EA wanted sports exclusivity.
EA are pretty much further devaluing its games its good for gamers and all but why buy any EA game at this point if it could just as well be free someday I hope it works out for them but I can see A Ps+ or Games with gold effect happening on A much larger level with all EA games. By the time EA's fixed all the bugs in their games it will be free lol (looks @ battlefield 4).

EA heres A tip try NFL 2k5 if you can turn madden into 80% of that (nfl 2k5) I would believe you its been 2 gens already and madden still has not caught up with A franchise it killed 2 gens ago how crazy is that.

Microsoft has been devaluing the xbone since release @ launch the xbone was $500 next thing you know it was $450 with A free game then it was 400 (no kinect) soon it will be $400 with A free game (madden) all the game that were ever bundled with the xbone were new games @ $60 retail when you bundle these games the basic xbone sku's(without A game) lose there value by at lease $50-$60.
