I've definitely noticed a huge difference, especially in TV mode.
For me, the price of software on vita is such good value. Currently on EU switch store you have metal slug 1 and 3 at £6.29 each. I'm not sure on the exact price but i know i got them far cheaper on PS3 and therefore Vita. Sure there'll be deals, but if the deals on the 3DS and Wii U stores are anything to go by, i wont be filling up a 64GB card anytime soon.

I don't mind people wanting to play it in the best possible quality, but i do mind when people just leech off of stolen shit. And that's where the majority of the interest is going to come from, cheap shits like you. You're desperate to emulate a game of that high quality from a company that will probably struggle financially soon and go full third party where the games will probably end up being not as special.
I'd like you to be right, but with the zero amount of advertisement for the game here, it's a safe bet that ain't happening.
