Not everyone buys a game day 1. And I don't think any game outside of Metal Gear 4 has sold a million in 3 days.
Yes its been 3 weeks now. However the 360 fanboys were claiming victory on the American numbers for 2 days. There is no 3 week data except for VGChartz which puts it at 1.16million sold in 2 weeks, which is actually good.
But don't tell 360 fanboys that, they'll get all depressed that they now have no games to play and nothing to boast about.

360 - 28 million in 3 years = 9.3 million a year
