Be realistic here, it was a port made in the early early stages of the PS3 life and the game was also released on PS2.
Splinter Cell sold 2.44 million (PS2) and Choas Theory and Pandora sold close to one million, don't know how Double Agent did on PS2. All games sold slightly less then the XBOX counterpart.

Considering the way you signed out, I am pretty certain the elevator doesn't go all the way to the top. The only game between 360 and PS3 to reach over 10 million is Halo 3.

You are absolutely incorrect. My post shows the PS3 software selling at the same NUMBER of software in 2009 as it did in 2008.
How on earth do you infer the same 'RATE' from the same 'NUMBER'? Fact is, the 'rate' is defined by 'software sold per console'. Thus, the 'rate' is actually falling.

As was proven in this post, http://n4g.com/NewsCom-4697... , Sony is on track to sell about the same number of games in FY 2009 as it did in FY 2008.
