Im not saying ages are bad, sorry if it came across like that. I meant that in 10 years from now I will want to be playing on a PS4 or XBox 3 and not on the PS3 or 360.
In 10 years the Psone (95) has gone to 360 (2005) ...it is a long time when you look back. A whole generation in the middle.

I will want newer technology by then and i think the harcore gamer will too.
10 years ago the Psone was kicking off....now that is a LONg time indeed.
who cares? We can wait for its release or a quick breif about it at E3...we dont need sneak peaks it will be the same...but with rumble.

Posts like this from analysts always seem to me like they are cashing in on a popular debate.
All we can do is wait.
As has been stated before, it's not all about profiting for MS as it is for say Nintendo. MS has lots of revenue from other areas and the Xbox buisness is just as much about stopping companies getting to big (eg Sony) as it is to make money. It gives them a great coverage in the home entertainment market which they can then capatalize on with other aspects of their buisness.
exactly what happened to me! saw three red rings and was terrified but after turning off and on it was working and yes....the surge protector saved me £279 and much more for my appliances.
is it regional? ie in 7mins will it be availible in the UK?
Im sure there will obviously be some slight polish on the PS3 version but then again maybe programming for the PS3 meant the game was held by a few months, or maybe some cool features will be implemented for the sixaxis.

This issue was raised last year on Bungie day too and there is a big game release on 9/11, Cant remeber what, but there is.

isnt this old news? Im sure we have seen a rumoured price list...even if this is a little more reliable, it still confirms what we already knew and yes $20 does seem steep. Agreed #1 and yes, the price difference i think is down to the licenceing of the technology whereas PS3 uses basic bluetooth.
...they are making hardware tweaks too....and it wont cost you to get it fixed so yeah, get it fixed again no biggy, but the point is you wont need to. If you did MS would lose far more than $1 billion

well gameplay exclusives are likely in many PS3 titles on multi platform due to Sixaxis... but extra content i guess is also extra gameplay
