You know I seem to remember Kotaku doing something very similar to this in regard to Versus XIII. If I recall correctly it ended excellently, with everyone and their mothers singing their praises.
It's certainly home to some of the best dialogue and voice acting gaming has produced. The audio compression did give the impression that it was recorded in a tin outhouse though, but I always thought that added to it's charm rather than it's detriment.
Hopefully once Square pulls their collective fingers out and finishes X HD they'll move on to this.

Entirely. One of Sony's representatives confirmed it as a hoax a moment ago.

You don't have to build levels in LBP. There's a beautifully crafted and lengthy story mode in each title. Plus there's literally millions of levels that OTHER PEOPLE have created.
Even without ever touching the create mode there's an almost infinitesimal amount of content to be experienced.
