this is true -- I am afraid of where the gaming industry is heading. I'd like more large scale games like The Last Guardian and God of War 3 over more Wii Sports clones and fitness titles.

I don't think the WiiWare one is an HD remake though. I'd love to see Jim return in the same glorious fashion Mega Man did with a 2D platformer. If Sonic 4 turns to be a success, we could see many more 2D platformers returning.
