Wii is this generations market leader, where the 360 can't compete. nor can the more expensive ps3. As far as your metaphor goes, microsoft would have to dominate the Wii, which it cant, in order for it to be remotely accurate.

This game will look like a bland generic multiplat title, as they all do graphically. Sure, some have their pros and cons, and some look decent. But none look Uncharted.
Its a shame that The ps3's hardware had to compete with the 360's hardware this gen because we seriously have missed out on what multiplat games could be.look at MLB, look at Infamous, look at Gran Turismo, look at kz2.

I have no problem with that, but the people that pretend they are going to get one or the other, when the only similarity is just the Camera perspective.
Infamous from its media definitely seems like there is a deeper story focus, as long as it has its moments of mindless fun for when you get stuck or finish. I'll be happy.

The other thing anyone has ever said negative about MS is that they front loaded the gaming lineup, which is evident from 08 and going into 09. You're telling me in 08 you owned a 360 just to get Gears2 and fable at the end of the year, and that makes up for a year of having nothing?
Now all of a sudden people act as if they cant possibly understand how advanced technology and squads will work. Look at r2, thats how it works. Play any PC game, Armed A2, Flashpoint, thats how it works. The only great sellers for the 360 = Gears, Halo, and Halo and gears. all with over the top cgi commercials.
