8.5 is a great score. Just because they're giving an honest score and not giving out 10s to every game on the shelf doesn't mean they're a troll site looking for hits.
I can definitely see this as legit because they might want to get in for the christmas market.
Seeing how many GOTY awards are voted by journalists not sure how it would matter.
I'd ask sony to make them more durable I had to buy a few controllers due to the thumbstick wearing down and the buttons getting horsed!
No GTA does not need to learn the cover and shoot mechanics from other games because not all games need to have the same boring cover and shoot type of game with checkpoints trying to be like every single other game!

Well call him out on it so if hes boasting about easy platniums. Tell him if he wants to boast about getting platniums try getting tough ones like Ni No Kuni and Skyrim. I still wouldn't call that guy Casual just because he cares about trophies.

How are the people who care about trophies the "definition" of casual? Surely the people, like myself, who want the platnium trophies will invest time and effort into getting all the trophies that are in the game and will play 60+ hours of a game to get that platnium trophy.

I never get why all games don't get a simultaneous release on the same day. Its always the same Japan first, then NA then Europe. Why?
Having no select button will actually be a pain in the ass because I'm constantly using the select button to look at maps.
Depends on the amount of trophies and difficulty to get those trophies. For example games like the Walking Dead only have story trophies and all you have to do complete the story to get a platnium. Its too easy whereas games like Ni No Kuni make you earn those trophies through sweat and blood!

While I can sympathise that he does get a lot of abuse from the gaming community a lot of it boils down to himself. He either needs to brush it off and ignore people or be less of an ass. In terms of this argument while Beer was an asshole calling fish a hipster and a tosspot, Fish could have handled it in a far better manner than he did.
I wish people would stop talking about this. Its not going to happen plain and simple. I'd rather they left everything past VII(except what they are now doing with X) and do a remake for I-VI however that would take even longer and would be like making a brand new game since they were 2D.
I was really inmpressed with this years reveal,although part of that was the gameplay for AC and Watchdogs at sony's conference. But still they showed a lot of good games so if next years is going to be better then I can't wait!

This isn't a typical HD remaster that other games have done where all they've done is up the frame rate and make the game look cleaner. This is updating the models which takes time. They have to redo ALL the models for every Playable character and NPC.They have to redo ALL the environmental models. GtaV is a 9, 9.5 at most. Has its flaws that doesnt make it a 10. Also im guessing this review was supposed to be 9.5/10 not 9.5/100
