Agreed! I am more of a single-player guy myself, so online mode in Uncharted was the worst news evar, as i am a bit of a trophy whore aswell.
i hope they do a proper beta with the beta testing community, and not a hype making beta like everyone seems to do these days.

Agreed. Dead Space was one of my favourite games of last year, but i'd rather not have a crappy rail shooter version.

Exactly. If Activision has success, a LOT more publishers will try doing this. Not good for gamers at all, no matter how you look at it. Activision make enough profit already without having to bump up their RRP for an essentially re-tuned COD4.
Also their excuse of the week pound is absolutely bull as pointed out by many people and places, as the pound is actually stronger now than last year when COD:WAW came out.

Agreed, i prefer Jacky (but i preferred Big Phil when he was still President of Worldwide Studios) but Kaz is a pretty cool and likable guy.

Really? I like it. Not one of the best games i've ever played but it's certainly not awful. If it wasn't hyped to be the best thing since sliced bread then people would have enjoyed it a lot more.
Also: Why the hell does this guy think all game fail if they have no online? Online is good for some games, but not ones like Dead Space, or Assassin's Creed...or Uncharted
