Walking in the empty house as Sarah, and walking through the nature environment before reaching Bills Town were both good segments.

I see it as Square needs to promote the game on the Xbox bc it wouldn't sell well otherwise. You Already get the complete KH experience on PS4 with 1.5+2.5 and 2.8.

No. It doesn't. It included gameplay elements and presented them in a specific way. ND talked about having improved AI and gameplay animations in their E3 Panel.
