The disagrees from factual statements like yours used to really annoy me, but I've come to accept some people are just completely delusional or stupid or both.

That 13.5 figure was for back at the end of Sept. That's 2 months ago. It sold 1 million in Oct, so it's at least at 15.5 million shipped by now.
MS said they are CLOSE to shipping 10 million and that could mean anything. It's completely open to interpretation.
