If there was only one console they could just make it really really expensive. Theywouldn't have to worry about competition.
FF7's story was pretty good. It was at the very least better than most of these WRPGs stories. And I think at is very good on paper even if they didn't execute it very well. FF usually has stories loosely based on problems going on in the world. The writers are very intelligent and use symbolism very well. When FF7 came out there was a lot of talk about natural resources. Mako can be compared to oil. And Barrets organization in the beginning are like the protesters while Shinra is an ...
You want more turn based games but at the same time you also want more real time action games. So what your really saying is just make more JRPGs with a lot of variety.
Hopefully there is another way to fight where the basic attacks do damage. Also hopefully there are maps that we can fall off the edge. Some closed stages are fine but I want open ones too. The combination of different stages is a little weird but a little cool too.
Oh at first I thought it was going to be like White Knight Chronicles only you could play with others on the main quest. Basically I thought it had Co op. I don't think this game will do well with a subscription. At least not anywhere outside of Japan.
Yeah I usually do pretty well and i've only used the starter gun. I finally figured out how to use the gun I bought and I bought in mass amounts and I hate it. The gun is crap. I can't kill anyone with.
I think he loves it modrately hard.
I think both a release date AND a shit load of info will be announced. And a while back didn't he say that the next time they show it it will have a playable demo.
Yeah I don't even understand why people even bother. I mean it's cool and all, but SE will just shut it down.
GOTY
I actually agree for once. Anime inspired games are usually very good. I like the art style for the most part. Chrono Trigger was very pleasing visually and I think the guy who did Chrono Trigger did Dragonball right? You were spot on when you touched on how characters in JRPGs are like anime characters. They have strong emotions and personalities. JRPGs and animes are usually far fetched and thats why I like them. Anime does deserve more credit for helping shape the best genre of video games...
Axel and Kain are my favorite characters there. The amount of times Kain switched was a litle ridiculous though.(Spoiler kinda?) Axel was a good guy and it's good to know is human form will be back.
I'm counting on TGS. By then KH will be out, I think FF14 2.0 will be out and maybe in beta for PS3. If they did it before those things it would be bad marketing. All the attention would move away from those things to Versus.
Christian Bale. So excited for next week.
I saw that today. It sounds good. I've been dying for another good JRPG and something that can hold me over till KH at the end of the month.
It baffles me too. I enjoy them sometimes. But I get bored with them too. It's all about character creation and I care more about somebody like Sora in KH more than someone I created.
Good point. SPOILER (just kidding everyone should know this by now) Aerith died by getting stabbed in the back. I'm pretty sure she took way harder hits than that in combat.
Well hopefully they just don't dlc at all. Maybe for a stage or something but I really prefer no dlc
Oh my gosh. A sensible person who actually reads the article and doesn't go straight to bashing the company as a whole and Versus 13 when it has nothing to do with what he said.
The Kingdom Hearts series, most FF games, and the Chrono series are better than some of those. I haven't played all of them or listened to them but The 3 games I mentioned were better than the ones I have played.
