Also a giant amount of great content had between the handful of seconds you spend in said loading screens.
Getting to know this site, it's because I happen to be highly enjoying a game that isn't available on a Playstation. It's kind of sad.
Love seeing Larian Studios shining as of late. They were a small studio that created diamond in the rough after diamond in the rough. Their last few releases, however, really show the amount of talent they have.
Would love to see a legit sequel; but the coming 'Avowed' takes place within the same universe, so it is sort of that, in a way. But I'm a giant fan of both ARPGs and more classic CRPGs, so I'll happily take both. Obsidian is one of the RPG greats.
Still waiting on Factions.
You can run the game on virtually any PC at this point. They're just capitalizing on a closed handheld market.
Finally got around to playing this one via gamepass. I know the reception was kind of mixed (mostly fairly positive) but it was easily one of the best games of the year for me.
Have about 80 hours into it, and there's still a lot to see. Mods are definitely going to keep this game having legs.
At those prices who needs to charge? The whole point of free to play is helping garner a larger audience than you typically get with a paid release. The issue here is because they know at those prices they're basically just fleecing the "whales" of the game.
Just make the game sell at a decent price point and lean back on these cosmetics that they charge at game release level pricing.
No major losses here; though I did enjoy Trek to Yomi.
Haven't heard of this one until just now, but this looks fantastic. Always need more Lovecraft in my life.
When's the last time Sony released a JRPG; let alone an actual RPG? Outside of 3rd party payouts. I can say the same for virtually every genre that isn't a linear action game or a racing game that doesn't press their competition.
There's a lot of detractors on this site, it seems. If you're not playing my plastic box of choice they'll let you know in every article, it seems. Just as here; stats show that the series s has been popular within the community. Instead of praising it for being a more affordable console, with decent power, that has been making sales, they just want to always remind people it's not as strong as other consoles on the market.
Funny, being I'm mainly a PC gamer wit...
Don't see why you're getting disagrees. Sony showed themselves really greedy under Ryan's reign. Something tells me it really isn't going to change going forward; just they won't have the negative stigma his name holds as of this generation.
Easily one of the best of the best of the boomer shooter craze. Will be trying out the demo.
Yeah. It's pretty much a reboot of the series. Different developer, and they're doing a lot different from the original. It's comparable to Arkane's Prey they put out in 2017 vs the original.
So what's the difference between a 9.8, 9.9, and ten then?
Eh; I've been enjoying the hell out of it. Have 70 hours into the game so far, and it's easily my favorite Bethesda release since Morrowind.
It's a 6.6 on only user reviews because people like you go to metacritic and give the game a 0 of 10 because it didn't release on your console of choice. I have no issue with how the game was designed, I enjoy what Bethesda offered me with Starfield. Many others have as well.
It's one of the biggest releases of the year. You can either get on board or not. Doesn't change the fact it's a good game that many people are enjoying.
People claim they own their games because of 'physical media'. They seem to often gloss over the fact many games out there actually require an update to run. Or the game was basically broken without a day one patch. These "only disc" gamers are kind of hilarious.
The system is all about digital at this point. You only have minimal leverage over that fact at this point. Am I happy about that. Not really. I still buy mostly digital, but so do most others. I'm just...
