The answer is no it will not become the go to console cause you can play old games on it that you most likely traded in a long time ago anyway, BC is for a vocal minority and that's about it, there was a reason it wasn't favored in the past and that reason still exists today, the majority of people want to play new games on their new consoles.
Ten million sounds a bit low I'm sure it was more then that but whatever it was Microsoft can surely afford it, that's what they do, throw their money around and use it to do damaging deals to gaming like this one, that's really the bigger issue, instead of putting whatever they spent into developing something new they use it to take a game hostage for a year which may be smart business but is poor consumerism and PR.
So Microsoft is going to sell ten million consoles in the next five months and Sony is going to stop selling completely huh, LOL. Pure click bait.
The problem with articles like this is that it is purely subjective, you can tell me all day why your exclusives are the best but if I dont have any interest in them it doesn't matter. I prefer what Playstation brings to the table but that's me, well me and about twenty three million other people.

No. And I know this will come as a huge surprise but AAA exclusives aren't the only games that matter. For example Rocket League is an absolute blast on PS4 and its neither AAA or exclusive, I know I'm not supposed to be enjoying it according to the xbox AAA fanboy brigade but I just cant help myself.
Many games are better then others but that doesn't mean a previously multiplat game should be taken away from a particular group of gamers.
Of course you think its the "right choice" that's evident simply by your user name. No one will buy an xbone for this game, just fyi. Oh and another fyi for you, the idea that Sony ever made Tomb Raider exclusive is a fallacy created most likely by xbox fanboys that simply isn't true. The first Tomb Raider game was on the Sega Saturn as well as PC, the next two games in the series were on PS and PC that's hardly exclusive. And every game in the series since then have eit...
So there we go, confirmed! Guess people who thought otherwise where wrong after all. Best part is there will be lots to play until it comes to PS4 and then once it does it will most likely be a definitive addition, that's a win win.

If you actually read the article he spends the bulk of it praising the game, talking about how great it is, and basically loving it, so he writes an article to question rather its overrated, LOL.
The game was hardly overrated, it deserved each and every accolade it received and then some. If you cant play it on the box you got that's not the games fault, its yours.
