I'm gonna go with a third option, they dont give two shits about Microsoft, Microsoft is little more then a pesky fly Sony swatted away at E3 a couple years ago, they didn't need to do a conference at Gamescom, when you're as far out ahead as Sony is you dont worry about the other guy you left in the dust.
I like the BS shot of Aaron Ashmore at the end, LOL man these guys are trying so hard. I guess gaming news is Up-Gaming's passion just not honesty or integrity. Apparently slow motion is the new cool thing now, add slow mo and everybody thinks it revolutionary, fyi guys its been done before and done better. Not to mention this game doesn't appeal to Microsoft's fanbase so it will ultimately end up selling as poorly as Sunset did.
This game will be amazing but as its a PS4 exclusive I'm sure it will be smeared without mercy by the gaming "journalists" as part of their ongoing propaganda war in a fruitless effort to save xbox.
Nope, I bought a new console to play new games. We can leave the going backwards stuff to Microsoft.
Yep like the upcoming Gears collection and the Halo Mastercheif collection, oh wait wrong console, in case you missed the point you guys have your fair share of remasters too so stop being a fanboy troll.
Yeah I didn't play sales either last gen when we got to CONSTATNLY hear bout how much better 360 was selling compared to PS3.
A lot of tears in here, a lot of salty tears.
Based on that there must be a ton of "virgin" xbox fans in every one of the Playstation threads then, quite a lot of down votes there too.
So from the comments it would seem the conference delivered to all the xbox fanboys, not that that was going to be hard to do in the first place, for everyone else they all seem largely unimpressed and unconvinced.
"rocking the house" must mean something different these days. Part dragon dude bro with beats by Dre and terrible voice acting just really didn't do anything for me.
Neil is a class act.
The problem with this article is that its filled with truth and facts and so it will do little more then incite the xbox fanboys cause they dont really like hearing that kind of stuff. For the record I dont really think Sony was to worried about it regardless.
After seeing this I can defenitly wait for this game if I ever get it at all, doesn't look terrible it just doesn't look that great either. I have a feeling its just getting hyped by the xbox kids because of the exclusivity thing, if not for that I dont think they would be praising it. And with how much its obviously inspired by games like Uncharted and The Last Of Us, its strange that they would be interested in this game at all since they claim those games suck.
Xbox fanboys need not apply, they claim to hate Indies anyway.
Don't worry if you like it that much it will most likely end up on PC like most of the other xbox one exclusives.
Dragon flew in and I was like cool.
Headphones bro started talking and I was like LOL, meh.
Actual game play started and I was like no thanks.
Lots of hype for this game for obvious reasons but the game play just looks repetitive and uninspired.
Never cared for the Crackdown games and this one hasn't really convinced me either, has some nice pre-alpha tech running in a non-real world situation, I guess we'll see how reliable this cloud thing is when its being pushed by gamers in real time. Of course all this did was get the fanboys back on the cloud kick when it reality we still haven't seen it doing anything tangible in a real in home application. If this was supposed to convince me to buy an xbox one it just didn't ...
"Salt & Sanctuary", is that a game about xbox fanboys? jk ;)
Depends on which group of fanboys you're asking.
PS = YES
Xbox = NO + tears
What I find really funny is a few years ago Microsoft skipped not only Gamescom but the Tokyo game show (go ahead look it up) and not one single article like this was ever written, its only doom and gloom when Sony does it cause the xbox fanboy "journalists" need it to be.
