I stopped reading at the 'Sony Fanboys' part...you really didn't have to go there.
You went to all that trouble typing all those words, and now you come off just as bad as any fanboy in my opinion.
Tut, tut & toodles pip!
Huh?
Shouldn't you be making your demands to Rockstar?
OT
Day Z would be a nice addition to the console, but I agree the game should be running as it was intended on PC hardware first. Console owners expect more than our PC brethren, as they are more used to the whole beta thing than we are.
PC, PS4, Xbox One, Wii U...it doesn't matter, we're all getting awesome games regardless of the platform we choose. But someone somewhere is always up in arms over the littlest things.
Yup true but on the flip side you could say 360 had year headstart over PS3, and arguably PS3 had better games. I'm not totally sure what console release dates have to do with being under/over powered?
@sourgrouch
'the ps4 is slowly dying. i said months ago, slowly but surely reality will set in and it has, the x1 is more powerful then the ps4 and when it is shown at e3'
LMAO, I never read anything as deluded as that, what a doozie!!
Meanwhile, back in reality...
ESRAM is way faster than GDDR5, that's my understanding...The problem is the size MS went with.
32MB just isn't enough.
Why is X1 so cheap now?
At this rate it will be a similar price to Wii U bundles.
Surely it can't be selling that badly?
This gen?
It's always been decided by software, never by hardware. Example, PS2 was underpowered compared to original Xbox, yet PS2 had the better games.
...and what is power without creativity?
I want this to be true, because it opens the gates to all possibilities for, not just Xbox One, but PC, PS4, Wii U and/or future Nintendo hardware.
The sceptic in me says MS better be able to realistically achieve this on X1, or they may damage their reputation beyond repair this time around.
Gamers are forgiving, but there are limits.....
SOE' PC/PS4 Everquest game is going to make the payment system a bad memory if Bethesda continues this way.
@Mr Pumblechook
You got a disagree 'cos in your opinion....?
When will gamers grow tha hell up???
Geezus H Rice :/
Yup, ikr, but that doesn't mean she's right. VR could well be the future, but the present is all that interests me :)
Wow! I totally didn't expect that!
You're like so honest about it, and you were polite in your reply too!
Lol wow, cool :)
Jade Raymond, Amy Hennig and Cristine Hu are reppin' for the females gamers :)
@Palitera
The game looks ok, and there ain't many RPG's on PS4 at present, so it may do well, but dude...
Do you ever have anything positive to state at all?
I read your 'comment history' and all I see is negativity since you joined N4G in January 2014.
Cheer the hell up ;/
Amy+Visceral+Starwars= :)
I don't know why people are baying for Xbox 360 blood when it's patently obvious the 360 version will be the lesser version.
I hope it's playable enough and visually impressive enough for those yet to upgrade to X1 (or alternative hardware) so that they can enjoy TF :)
@Morgue
'...Face it. You made a mistake. Shut up and move your product forward and stop dwelling on the past'.
Who the hell do you think you are? ...I would answer for you, but I was raised with respect.
BTW, your name suggests all your comments are 'dead' :/
It's super awesome Phil Spencer is taking ownership of some of the poor decisions made by his predecessor.
This is great for Xbox One fans, a new leader, a new outlook and a new direction.
PS4 & Xbox One both have a great future, and some awesome games to look forward to :)
EU ruling is good for UK, but Americans get a trashy deal most of the time. I pay for 60mbs service, but average around 15mbs. I am changing ISP since I'm 3 years out of my contract.
Can someone (sensible/non biased) explain to me as to why most PC games have a much higher system requirement than their console counterparts?
My only understanding is that the overheads are lower for consoles, but surely it isn't that simple is it?
