I would assume any dlc or premium subscription you purchase for Xbox one will strictly be tied to that console and not be able to be used on say, a PC as you put in a one time code that is specific to that console/PC
--My reasoning is that if you could go from Xbox 1 to Ps4 to PC then i could buy premium for my ps4 hand it over to my bro to put on his xbox 1 and then back to me to put on my pc...

I was just being facetious, to be honest i have a pc rig myself. nothing amazing but 2 Geforce gtx 460's intel I5 3.3ghz. I enjoy all platforms but sometimes i joke alil too much.. no offense intended just some joking around...
