I believe they are refering to the fact you cannot share your videos to youtube (via the share button). not that fact you cannot watch videos on youtube..

Sadly, the Division delay seems legit. with that said, take as much time as you need to make a complete FINISHED game. I'm willing to wait for that masterpiece
