This title is really misleading. The term "dev" is usually used in reference to game developers, not console architects. In this case, the term dev refers to an Xbox ONE architect who says "ESRAM good, GDDR5 bad.", which we all know is complete horseshit.
Dude, it was f*cking off screen footage in 480p. Take any pc game and record it with some bootleg camera at horrible angles and it will look like sh*t. You totally missed the point of the video, it's not about graphics it's about the fact that xbox one has now officially been seen playing bf4. Although we have no real way of knowing if it was actually an xbox based off the video.

A GTX Titan can hold CoD at 60fps, xbox 360 does the same. That doesn't make the 360 a Titan though if you see what I'm saying. The title is misleading and implies xbox one is just as powerful as a 770, but we know a 770 would run bf4 at 60+fps in 1080p at ultra, but the xbox won't being doing anything like that.
This game's not a 6.5, but it's not a 10 either. I think somewhere in the middle, say, something like 7 or 8. It's definitely worth a play and it's fun to shoot people, however the game was overhyped and now everyone is up in arms if the game doesn't get a 10/10. So yeah, play it, it's a good game, but it's no GOTY, and it's definitely not a 10.
Just think how awesome it would be to release that editor to the public.
