It is possible, technically. But they'll need some serious hardware (which let's face it, isn't gonna happen), and even then you need lots of third party support which isn't likely since there would have to be some pretty heavy adoption of the android/ios consoles and I don't see that happening unless it's cheap and the specs are seriously good. The ingredients are all there, but I don't think we have a willing chef to piece it all together for us.
DICE always says that the BC2 destruction was too much and took away from the gameplay. I disagree, I think it added something to the gameplay, it was always fun looking back on the utter destruction my team had caused. It was just more fun in bc2, I really miss it.
Nintendo owns any gamers under the age of 12 (and trust me, there are lots of them). Those DS's are selling like hot cakes.
