I think more companies need to look to hire more story tellers. That's a very good and solid point.

I'd say a good few are successful each year, but emotional connecting is normally less important than making money...
It's way to expensive to own a lot of these games now. I can barely pay 60$ for the games I'm really interested in...
No way I can pay half the price of my console for a single game lol...
I really like the vertical combat, but I'm not a huge third person shooter fan normally...
I have yet to break a controller. Though I have verbally abused it as if it was the darn QA testers/ company that missed all the bugs in a game...
I'm amazed we haven't seen a next gen version of that either...
It would make sense for Tomb Raider to get a reboot... I'd like a good Tomb Raider. Until then, at least I have Uncharted.

From a DLC standpoint free shouldn't happen.
