Usually when software goes from say 1.x.x to 2.x.x or 2.x.x to 3.x.x, it is supposed to be a big update.

It doesn't need 10 approvals if a moderator approves it. I've seen articles with no approvals get approved.

Maybe everybody has different approval power here. If you look at the 4 approvals, there are numbers beside of their names and that adds up to 10.
You guys make it look like there were a ton of fanboys rushing to approve this article when it appears to be only 4 approvals.
