Maybe not to you, but you're obviously smarter, wiser, and more savvy that the general public. If you see the same product being sold, slightly different for half as much, you view the product as being inferior.
For me, why should I pay the company $59.99 for a game when they think it's only worth $29.99?
If they want to make up to PS3 users for taking a year extra to get the game out, then price it at a discount.

Part of the reason some of these fail is because you're looking at the PS3 version for $59.99 vs. the 360 version that's mostly identical for $19.99 - $29.99.
I looked at buying Lost Planet when it came out, but it didn't make sense when places were selling the 360 version for half as much.
There are lots of ways to cover it up without overtly lying about the situation. I just hate any situation when a party feels like it needs to openly lie about a situation.
I like for companies to show some sort of ethics.
They could've refused to comment on the situation and it would've been better.
So, either 2K has the fastest, greatest devs in the world, or they were lying when they said that they weren't working on Bioshock for any other platforms when the PC and 360 versions came out last year.
Why doesn't anyone ever call a dev on this kind of crap?

Why do you need to exploit a glitch? To get One Man Army, all you have to do is run on the rail tracks from Dukes to Algonquin before the barracades are gone. Keep running across the bridge and you'll end up underground where the poice can shoot you.

IIRC, Beyond3D has confirmed that the scaling functionality of the 360 is located in the GPU and not in ANA.
Exactly why it should be out for Christmas and not after Christmas.

We put Final Fantasy on the list because it's in to hate on Final Fantasy these days and to create controversy so we could drive hits to our 2-bit website.
No matter that every Final Fantasy game is vastly different from the previous and they still continue to sell boat loads.
