you've got a point. The amount of times I got kicked off while playing online on ps3, twas cause I had it wirelessly set up, but now I got it wired.. no matter wireless will never be as good as a wired connection.. but its cool the new Xbox got improved wifi...
I want one though, just cause I like the Alien look of it =P ... I guess ill be trading in my oldie for this one. I hardly play my sexbox but da*n I want that lol. ppl were moaning bout 360 older hardware... now Microsoft improves the hardware, design and hey, you dont have to buy wifi seperately anymore...

any game that has a cover system is automatically a "gears clone" now *sigh* ... you might as well say gears invented the third person shooter genre zzzz ... I don't have to play quantum theory to know it's probably got it's own identity and feel.
Even if it does look the best, loyalists won't admit it lol =). From what I saw, its right up there with the best looking games, keeping in mind Crysis is more open world than others.
Edit: I recently bought a Radeon 5770 for my Pc, Im prepared for Crysis 2, and the devs said its not as demanding as the first, then it's all good.
Wow, I agree with you man.. look how the media has made people think 3D games are now 2D in favor of the "special effect, Glass wearing" "3D". we've been gaming in 3D a long time now, just without special effects :P .. you can call this new "3D", an improved version.

I use to hate shooter using a controller(analog sticks), Resistance Fall of man online is where I first learned how to aim right without aiming the crosshairs all over the place. My very first ps3 game when ps3 costed €600 at the time.
I remember the crazy 40 vs 40 multiplayer mayhem. the auger, the bullseye and carbine.... *sigh* ...
First off, its a superhero game, example, we've seen many iterations of batman and superman where the characters gets redesigned(countless times), but everyone's cool with that, when it gets done in a video game, people start getting emotional lol...
you are guys are gonna be loving infamous 2 you won't even care how cole looks like, plus the new cole will probably suit the new visuals the game will come with.
I never thought I'd need a Wii.
But after having hands-on with Super Mario Galaxy at Gamestop, I was F*ckin' hooked and it reminded me why I game in the first place(Fun Factor). It just shows that hardware doesn't matter too much Software is the real deal. The wii ain't as power as ps3 and 360 but this game makes it 1up them both(ps360).
If that's the case then everything is a rip off of everything. I'll start:
Splinter cell is a rip off of Metal gear solid
Uncharted is a rip off of Tombraider
Gears is a rip off of unreal tournament with a cover system.
*yawn*
the thing is, its a multi-platform game so it's not allowed to be the best looking game. Even if it is the best looking game, those that worship certain games/consoles will still be in denial... at this point, ignorance kicks in.
so you guys mean to tell me that those visuals weren't awesome? haha. Those Visuals are really nice, plus gameplay looks like a Blast with the nanosuit abilities.
the fact that I can now play Crysis on a console is good enough for me, it don't have to look as good as the PC Vers. once its looks decent and runs nice on my ps3 0r 360 then i'm cool.
and btw it looks F*ckin awesome... (if that's footage's from the consoles, I'm f*ckin imp...
its funny when you bring up the Pc vs Console. "pc has the best online service" oh really? but will you be playing insomniac's game on a PC online service? so which is the best possible online service you can play their game on? I thought so too =)
Stop being in denial. Crysis 2 looks awesome, I know it, you know it. Multiplatform or not... Games are starting to look stunnign in general with new tech behind them. Enough of the "exclusive" bull, any game can look stunning. months from now when you are playing crysis on your console, you will look back on the comments you've made, then you will go and jump off a building lol
