GTAIV (which was a multiplat), and I can see myself potentially enjoying this one as well.
You're a little late to the party.
I'm trading my PS3 for another Wii today, and I think I might go ahead and pick this up now. :)
read the post? Absolutely nothing was confirmed one way or the other.
"The Unreal Engine is cross platform, hence the PS3 code. This was brought up back in Mass Effect 1 days as well.
Mass Effect is for the PC and Xbox 360.
LOCKDOWN!"
Not one thing on here says that it is not coming to the PS3. Chris Priestley seems very careful in his wording, stating that Mass Effect is "for the PC and XBOX360", and not stating that Mas...
It sucks to be anybody.
Game Informer posting the results of their survey has nothing to do with how accurate they believe that they are. I guarantee you every single GI employee would disagree with that figure. They simply posted the results, because they gave people a survey. I guess that is hard for people like you to comprehend, though.
that this article will draw some of the most moronic comments in either "Zone". Sites with actual guidelines and decent mods are so much better for discussions.
Notice how I used the term "most". I understand that there are great Japanese games this gen, but MGS4 is the best, and they are few compared to what western devs have brought to market.
I'm currently sifting through a back catalog of games I haven't had time to play really, so I'm in no rush at the moment, but if this doesn't get announced for the PS3 by E3, I'll definitely pick up a used copy.
the first Mass Effect on my XBOX360, but I will wait to pick this one up for the PS3 where I have most of my games. No point in soiling my collection with another ugly green box. :)
It's pretty amazing how most of the great games this gen have come from pretty much everywhere EXCEPT Japan. The only "amazing" Japanese game I enjoyed this gen was MGS4, and the creator wants to be more like Western developers. Irony is ironic, though.
Also, it really is stupid for so many people to keep claiming that they are playing this game on a PC. Seriously, I bet less than %10 of N4G users have a PC that will run this game, let alone own this game for a PC a...
He probably doesn't even own an XBOX360, and more likely than that, he doesn't even own Mass Effect 2 (or he can't afford it). He is just another troll with multiple accounts too scared to post his gamertag. Mass Effect 2 would've been great if it wasn't so utterly linear. I'll stick with Heavy Rain where I can play the game 10 different ways or more.
No matter how you want to twist copyright laws to suit your needs, you paid for the Nintendo version AND you DO need the physical cartridge to give you the right to use the ROM. I can promise you that if you were somehow discovered to be using these ROMs and taken to court, you would lose miserably. You may as well get off your pedestal, oh self-appointed King of gaming. You just look and sound foolish arguing against console gaming in an article about a console. Troll elsewhere.
bullsh!t that you can't play the minis version just so they can come back and charge you more for basically the same thing. Honestly, how special can the PS3 version of Tetris be? The best they could do is replicate the DS version by adding PlayStation character backgrounds and music or something.
your 360-only list bores the hell out of me. No wonder the author chose to include multiplats.
Left 4 Dead deserves a spot on that list.
I'm not lukewarm on MAG, I'm downright frigid. Tactical shooters just aren't my cup of tea, though. Perhaps if I had more internet friends...
It's like your comments have all been recycled from 2007. That's cute.
I don't think you understand, God of War was not Jaffe's baby, Twisted Metal has been and always will be his baby. He is credited on Twisted Metal, Twisted Metal 2, Twisted Metal Black, and Twisted Metal Head On: Extra Twisted. That is 4 Twisted Metal games spanning from 1995-2008. He is deeply involved in the series, and it makes perfect sense for him to make this one.
BBC2 and AvP demos for me I suppose. :)
