I'm still getting it regardless of the reviews (even though they have been mixed at best). I like the demo enough, and I wouldn't mind another first person shooter to play before MGS4. I also picked up Condemned 2 used today at Gamestop for $27, so I'll be into that as well:)

Why are you spamming N4G? That is my question. Maybe you should update this article as well. Do a little research, spammer.

I'm tired of reading duplicate articles on N4G, and I'm sick of the mods not doing anything about people who have multiple accounts. This article is nearly irrelevant by now, because it seems some of the problem has been resolved, and people are not paying over $1100 at any point now. Please get rid of this duplicate. Congrats to Konami for selling out, even while making it a pain in the @ss for people to get their product.

It would be "A" PR Excuse, not "AN".

I almost didn't even hit the jump to read this after I saw it was from Kotaku. Notice that McWhertor did the review, so it wasn't one of the major haters.

in the 8.75-9.25 range. I love the game, but it's no 10, IMO.

Well excuse me, I was just going by the contributor, I didn't notice you on the site.

He has actually been doing pretty well with providing us insider information. He has been giving us solid news on our weekly updates for the most part, usually a day or two early.

for the full range of the XMB available in-game. Not all game music is necessarily suitable either. For example, Gran Turismo. I can't stand the music in GT5:P, and pretty much every racer or fighting game could be more fun with your own personal music. I wouldn't use it on games like Uncharted, Heavenly Sword, GTAIV, etc. I just want full in-game XMB.

any information on in-game customizable music through XMB? It seems as though Microsoft has that locked up since we haven't really heard about it lately.

is nothing but a SPAMbot. You can basically predict every one of his comments before he even types them. He's like those penis enlarging pill emails, except it's just his same crap on every other article. It's so boring to see all the time. I hope he at least gets paid for his hard work that he does for Microsoft. I'm sure he has single-handedly drawn millions to the 360. lol. Thank God we have 2 different zones.

gets a new Donkey Kong Country, I might consider it. lol

We (PS3 owners) could really use a good RPG:)

if failed miserably (0-100 in the beamer on the demo in less than 5 seconds said enough for me, not to mention handling). However, the game is fun, and didn't seem like a bad choice if you were just looking for entertainment:) In short, racing simulator=GT or Forza, entertainment and enjoyment=GRID.

I do not pray before supper, thanks, and I don't see how you can say that you are open-minded, but then claim that you probably believe in more than myself. That is hypocrisy at best. I never said the Christian bible was more close to the "truth" than others, but the whole point of the "faith" is that you believe in it whole-heartedly. Of course people are going to be outraged when someone denies the existence of their God, and you are outraged when someone disputes you...

the problem is fanboys from either side clinging to "tentative release schedules" as solid release dates. Kevoncox enjoys exaggerating a little too much as well, which doesn't help either. LBP never had a solid release date until now (October=fall, not winter btw Kevon), Killzone 2's release date was never set in stone, MGS4 never had a solid date until now (June 12), FFXIII has barely been mentioned even (it's only talked about because it is one of the most anticipated PS3 titles...

the PS3 is at almost the exact same place that the PS2 was at this point after release. Why don't we wait another year and then say that Sony is disappointed. The Dreamcast also had over 10 mil on the PS2, Microsoft should stop talking so much sh!t and just wait and see. Aaron Greenberg is making them all look like poor sports.

Marbles, this was tagged as Playstation 3 news, please keep to your M$ articles. We already have enough trolls. If you'd rather stay, then keep your flaming to the open zone.

6491d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

eh Mr. Marbles? If the formula were as simple as you put it in that the consumer only picks the cheaper of the two consoles (which has been proven for months now not to be the case), then why would some analysts still pick the PS3 to win the console war? I'd rather listen to people that get paid to understand the market, and not someone that uses an argument that shows it's flaws week in and week out. The 360 is already cheaper than the PS3 (and it shows), I don't see PS3 sales declining be...

doing some research would prove useful to someone that speaks as ignorantly as yourself, Agent VX. If you compare the PS3 and the PS2 sales at this time after their respective releases, they are almost identical, moron. Also, do you remember that huge early lead the Sega Dreamcast had? It's hard to believe now that the Dreamcast even existed, thanks to Sony. Sega doesn't even make consoles anymore, for you sake, I hope we're not saying the same about M$ in a few years.
