Sorry ps fans, 1920x800 is not 1080p.
...
The Order is 1080p game in 2.40:1 ratio. And pixel density is 1:1.
Looks like Phil and Remedy basically confirmed that what DF discovered.
It isn't, dude.
I noticed bluriness in preview videos a weeks ago. Clearly didn't looked at 1080p for me.

Didn't digital foundry say assets were rendered in 720p? If you watch they zoom in on small distant objects. Jack himself and enemies seemed to be higher fidelity.

No. Anywas, this member works for DF. He said it is 720p

Let's get this clear for XOne fans :
NX Gamer didn't get any builds for analysis. HE CLEARLY STATED that in video preview analysis. His analysis is based on some preview videos from month ago and Quantum Break documents which were shown at Siggraph last year.
@Kribwalker
Did you read what i wrote : i said "technically" MP is 1080p. Image is not upscaled. That's the point.
Dark10x is DF member. He clearly stated that game final render output is 720p :

The Order is not sub1080p.
NX Gamer didn't get any builds for analysis. HE CLEARLY STATED that in video. His analysis is based on some preview videos from month ago and Quantum Break documents which were shown at Siggraph last year.
Anyway, looks like final render output is 720p :

@Christopher
Well, Guerilla used very different technique to achive 1080p in Killzone MP. Nothing was upscaled and that's the whole point and technically MP is 1080p.

Every game on XOne/PS4 has the final image output 1080p, but the RENDER output is something different.
Like DF said :
"In every scene tested so far, a native resolution of 720p is the consistent result found in each pixel count test - so while there's every possibility of individual render targets operating at higher resolutions, basic geometry that we're able to measure hands in a 720p result as things stand."

Looks like DICE developer destroyed your dream about which game used FULL DX 12.

This is why many are wondering if there would be a patch,

What patch? Oh wait a moment.
LOL! What research? MS CLEARLY said Battlefront is first full DX12 game on your lovely XOne.
Looks who confirmed it in link.
Nice try, dude, nice try.
Also, game is also Rocket League deja vu, which is awesome!

Sprinting up a ramp, boosting into the air, and descending through the goal to score for my team was extremely satisfying, but not as satisfying as knocking an enemy mech out of the air just before they score. That’s the kind of rush that’s only comparable to barely securing a last-second save in Rocket League.

XOne has DX12 features for a long time now.
You trying so hard!
MS didn't said at GDC that Battlefront use minor DX12 features. Game is full DX12 on XOne.
Dude, MS CLEARLY stated AT GDC that Battlefront is FIRST DX12 game! Period! Accept that DX12 did nothing on XOne! NOTHING!
Btw. Xone has DX12 features 2 years now.
MisterXmedia....i'm gonna cry. LOL
First and foremost ask those who said that DX12 will be 2nd Jesus coming on XOne. MisterXmedia especially.
LOL at disagree votes, but hey, Microsoft said this literally :
"Star Wars: Battlefront is the first DirectX 12 title on Xbox One."
If isn't 720p, why you have bluriness sometimes?
Temporal frames didn't change the fact the game is being rendered natively at 720p UPSCALED to 1080p.
This game doesn't reproject image like Killzone multiplayer. It is similar to Rainbow Six : Siege on PS4 and Xbone :
