It is not rushed port. UWP and his limitations are the main problem ( from article ) :

Game looks really good, even at low res on Xone. Time effects are great, lightning also. Love the facial animations, but movement animations are clunky, especially when you came out from cover and start shooting.

X360, even with one year advantage over PS3, was outsold by PS3. That's the whole point. X360 had around 10+ mil. advantage before PS3 launch and what happened in the end?

I think DkS3 sales split between PS4 and Xone version will be similar to MGS V, around 70-30 ( in US/UK ).
