They won't. As i said, it's a standalone game and it is a PSVR ONLY. And you can consider it as a "New" game for a different platform.
Anyway, 30€ is not a bad price either and for that price there is a plenty of content in DC VR.
Xbone has a heavy discount since February 2016. First price-cut to 299$ in February and price only go lower till August. And Xbone barely beat PS4 in July. Mayne it will take the August too in NPD.
