Lol! PS4 is not a next-gen. In terms of power Scorpio is compared to Xbone and PS4. PS4 Pro is still based on Jaguar, but Scorpio will be another thing.
Xbone S didn't break 300k in August, maybe not even 250k. X360 Slim at launch did over 400k .

Sony kept PS4 Pro at 399$, which is a good decision.
I think the backlash would be worse if they bumped the price by $50 and with UHD included.
As expected. PS4 Pro is with those specs is not so powerful to push Horizon at native 4k with that kind of graphics. Guys, Titan X, which is 11 TF GPU, isn't strong enough to push ROTR at 4k and stable 60 fps at max. settings.
Some people didn't listen what Cerny said about 4k on PS4 Pro at the stage. So sad.
Majority of people doesn't have 4K TV's. I don't. So, i don't care about 4K.
Anyway, Sony likely saved about $15 by not including a UHD drive in PS4 Pro.
