Gran Turismo is NOT an always online title. Only "Sport" section is online, because, it so obvious, you racing online. Arcade, Campaign etc. is offline.
I mean...I just showed you proof of the game CHANGING times of day DURING a race. No, there isn't a 24 hour clock in FM7...but its a closed track racer...it doesn't need a 24 hour clock haha. However, both weather and ToD does in fact change during races which is all that's required to be considered "dynamic". The only thing dynamic means is that its not static in this case and its not in FM7

Em....no. Newegg was forced to drop price for Xbone version because they had get rid of Xbone version of FFXV. PS4 version had a decent preorders and so, there was no need for price drop.
I'm not saying that these guys were lying intentionally, but yes, FM7 has both dynamic ToD and dynamic weather. The proof is in the pudding. Take a look for yourself.

Game is quality. Driving is excellent, online mode works superb. It's a joy to race. And sportmanship rating is brilliant.
