Mat Piscatella ( NPD analyst ) didn't provide any Xbone info for September NPD, but for PS4 and Switch he did. So, Xbone did really bad in September in US. Imagine worldwide.

PS4 isn't outselling Xbone in more than 2 : 1. That's WORLDWIDE. In UK, ratio is pretty much less. Somewhere around 1.5 : 1 in PS4 favor. So, this article is about UK.

It's NOT dynamic when it happens at PREDETERMINED times. Did you read Eurogamers quote? What, they are dumb and you're smarter Xbone fan, hm? PCARS and PCARS 2, GT5 and GT6, Driveclub have dynamic weather and TOD. Doesn't happen at predetermined times and TOD doesn't depends on cars movement like in Forza 7.
