CoD is more innovative.
The 3DS is lightyears ahead tech-wise but the Vita isn't bad. If you prefer sub-par graphics and no 3D (which is what's hot right now) then be my guest.
Not all games past a trilogy are bad. Look at CoD, they reinvent the game and keep it fresh and high quality with every new title.

I'm starting to lean towards BF3 also but I can't stand how graphics are inferior to MW3. I guess the gameplay will make up for it.

So your clan can level faster if you pay the $49.99? CoD is like a F2P MMO now, low quality game designed to squeeze out as much money by selling advantages.
I got it early by Pre-Ordering through Steam and I gotta say it lived up to the hype. The first levels themselves were GOTY contender worthy!
This gives it the edge over BF3 imo.
