I bet that the only PS3's available will be the ones that have already been allocated to be used as store demo units. This means that the actual consumer numbers will be even lower -- oouch, ...sucks to be a Sony fan!
It was to be expected though. Now the system is all but delayed to 2007 and unless the developers were prepared for this, ...I think you are going to start to see a lot more game delays and (even worse) cancellations!
It's just too risky developin...
Those are just a few of the many games that I know they neglected to mention.
Man EA's NHL 07 looks awesome!
propaganda being spewed about Resistance having to take up so much space.
"MS Exec. and Ubisoft are candid with PS3's Blu-ray"

It backs up what I just said about Sony basically having to include a hard-drive as a consolation to the fact that the PS3 only has 256mb of texture memory and that the Blue Ray drive is SL-SL-SL-SLOW!
It also, mentions that the PS3 will have very long load times and there...
so was including Blu-ray as standard.
First of all, let me just explain to you a simple economic model. The lower the price; ...the bigger the market of potential buyers and the more people will buy the system; ...the more people that buy the system, the bigger the install base; ...the bigger the install base the bigger the profit potential for developers; ...which means more games; ...and inturn means more people buy the system; ...and the cycle continues!

Trust me when I say that you should not trust anything that Insomniac says because it is obvious that they are just a proxy for Sony's marketing / propaganda arm.
Furthermore, ...you should hope that this game is mostly video and / or propaganda fluff because otherwise this game will set records for the longest loading times ever experienced in a video game. Remember that the PS3 only has 256mb of texture memory and the Blu-Ray drive is SL-SL-SL-SLOOOOW! I personally wouldn't...
I'll leave all potential uses for that function up to you.
But I also think that it is a great feature for friends and family to stay in touch with.
If I were Sony fans I would be much more concerned about the PS3 only having 256mb of texture memory then I was about ignorantly saying that DVD-9's aren't big enough for high def games. Seriously though dude, just let them convince themselves of this because the best revenge is knowing that they will actually use that as an excuse to WASTE their money on a over-priced piece of garbage. Must be hard for them to rationalize that although the rest of the components for the PS3 were finalized ...
...with the insanely high price of the PS3. I mean, have you seen how expensive the PS3 is in all other countries other than the US, Canada, and Japan?
Seriously, the PS3 won't stand much of a chance against the 360 in the European market and I still contend that the best day for the 360 will be the day the PS3 actually launches. Because then Sony's arrogant lies will become just that -- ARROGANT and false! People will see that the 360 is graphically superior, that DVD's are...
texture memory / RAM - then I would be about DVD not being big enough to hold a BASKETBALL game. Oblivian was only like 4.6GB UNCOMPRESSED and dedicated gaming consoles are capable of decompressing, basically on the fly. Here is an excellent link for you to sink your ignorance about DVD / Beta-Ray into:

Besides your fanboy enthusiasm, I do agree with you that they could...

...so lets hope it's good enough to make your list.
So many good games (comming for the 360), so little time.
Still though, ...if the game rocks but doesn't have a strong online / multiplayer component -- then you could always just rent it. In Canada, there's no late fees at Blockbuster any more :)
Sega’s arcade team AM2 Japan is developing the PlayStation 3 version, while World Tour developer Sumo is handling both the Xbox 360 and PSP versions.
I shouldn't have to tell you which is the more talented and experienced developer - do I? Ok, well if you guessed AM2, you would be correct. So, lets analyse this from a logical point of view shall we, ...
Sega knows that the PS3 is a much harder platform to develop for and in development terms: "time is mon...
Ask yourself, why was Assassin's Creed running on a 360 at E3?
IGN broke the story, as one of their correspondants actually saw a 360 behind the curtains / covers - with a PS3 USB controller attached.
The story was removed shortly after it was posted - which is not surprising considering IGN is a development partner for Sony's online service - that will compete with Xbox Live.
At any rate, if you have been following vid-news; then you will know tha...
You know, just like at E3! It's funny how the PS3's most graphically impressive games were either running on a 360 or a PC.
But I guess it's not really surprising, considering how hard the PS3 is on developers and how they have to work with inferior hardware - in the shadow of Sony's lies, false promises, and built-up hype.
Any ways, I can't wait to play this game on my 360.
The game blows chunks boy's, the game blows chunks.
DVD-9's are plenty big enough for next-generation games:
http://www.gamesfirst.com/?...
Oblivion (which is a HUGE role-playing game) only takes up 4.6GB's when it is UNCOMPRESSED on the PC. This means that the 360's version can remain on one DVD-9 UNCOMPRESSED! That is very significant because dedicated gaming consoles are aptly capable of processing compressed data during game play!

So let me just get this straight... First Sony decides to delay their console for an entire year so that they can include a useless Blue Ray drive, eventhough every other component was not only finalized but practically ready to go in relatively short order. Then after having an entire year more than Microsoft come out with this dogs breakfast.
I just can't believe how incredibly bad it is compared to the 360's and if this is any indication as to how competent they are at crea...
As a techie, I can’t help but laugh at statements and comparison sheets that broadly note that the “PS3 = 1080p and the 360 = 720p”. You see, one of the many benefits of the Xenos GPU’s 10mb of embedded D-RAM is that it gives the 360 a fill rate of over 16 gigasamples per second using 4 x MS - Anti Aliasing at 720p. The catch here though; is that unlike the RSX, or any other traditional PC GPU; the Xenos GPU can achieve this with absolutely NO PERFORMANCE LOSS! Unfortunately, the same cannot...
...given the fact that profits from the PS3 (alone) will not recoup their development costs with all of the system delays and production problems Sony is having.
I think that chances are good we'll be seeing this game on the 360 in the not too distant future and I think that chances are also good that Ninja Gaiden will remain a 360 exclusive and obliderate this game -- just like last gen!
