Same here but I have a 780 and game at 1440p. Im planning to wait until at least the 10 series of cards before upgrading.

Can't believe the disagrees, Mafia 2 was not open world. Just because you drive around does not mean its open world. It got lots of flak for being linear when it released

I don't agree with that, lowering the resolution always improves performance (unless the game is restricted by CPU)
900p would be a reasonable option, nothing worse than a crappy framerate.
Im not convinced about interpolation, I will have to see it with my own eyes to believe it works well.
At the moment Im picturing it being like motion plus on TV's which is terrible.
