I overheard the manager of the game store I was in this morning talking about this game. He gave it a glowing review. The more I heard about the game the better it sounds.
I'm not sure why everyone is getting so upset about the score for this game. If you played the beta and enjoyed it, grab the game you should enjoy it, there is no need to worry about a review score (which really relates to nothing). If you didn't like the beta or Aplha, don't get and don't worry about it. I'm sure we all have a game that got rubbish reviews that we love, so don't worry about.
I'm glad its not just me & TheRaven476 then.
He never seems to make a point as to why he wants it to fail so the whole article seems kind of pointless.
He wants it to fail because, its too expensive, not expensive enough, because Tombraider sold badly but then says it didn't sell badly. He talks about Activison shutting down Bungie but I didn't think they were owned by Acti, so they couldn't shut them down if the game doesn't sell.
Over all, ...
My reply is to Death
Yes I have, they are great but the input lag is to high for gaming!
Star Fox you say, on WiiU you say.................hmmmmm.
That would be very tempting!
'Forget your Xboxes and PS4's' says the writer......why?
I know they don't have the power to run Star Citizen very well but why shouldn't we hope for something similar on consoles. At the moment all we have is Strike suit Zero and as much as I like it I'd rather have something more......more like Colony Wars (I'd rather have X-wing but I can't ever see that happening)
Now we just need folders to organise the home page and all will be groovy.
I went to unicorn land last night......that was very weird, got some good stuff from it though.
I can't actually open the article, so if it is click bait its failed for me (this is due to out dated PC at work)
Your numbers are spot on....though I did read somewhere that 86% of stats are made up! (like mine)
The second half of the headline isn't needed and just doesn't make any grammatical sense either!
I was about to say I was surprised by this but then remembered it is a multi format title, so that could go some way to explaining it.
The first thing you have to do to a Capri is change out the suspension, the factory fitted stuff was just plain bad, once you've done that you have a great car!
I was hoping for some actual impressions of the game rather than just a list of the skills in the game. So I'm a little bit disappointed with the article, the game looks ok though, will need more information to get a better idea of if its worth taking a look.
Yup, I have to say I agree. I guess that the costs in changing it to white were just too much.
Thanks I think you've hit the nail on the head, it comes across as if its trying too hard, similar to someone who says "I'm mad me, all my friends say it, I'm really crazy I am!" is just trying to hard and never really is that crazy.
There is something about this game that I'm not that keen on but I can't work out what it is. I think it might be down to the fact that it seems to steal a lot of things from other games (grinding, silly weaponary etc). I'm trying hard not to let it bother me as it looks great and would be a nice change from all the normal grey shooters (as they state in the article).
I'm completely missing your point, as your statement was a confusing mess.
I could agree with you saying its difficult to tell the two versions apart, as it would be but as for the rest of what you've written it fails to make any sense.
If you could try again but use a well constructed sentence and maybe try a little grammar too that would be great.
We used to have late night sessions on an Atari in the back of a computer shop my brother used to work in....it was awesome.
So now I just need him to buy this so we can tame the hordes together again!
@The_Kelrath
I didn't know that, I'll have to google it later, thanks for the info
Dude thats a great idea, make a Destiny game more like Diablo.
So make it over head view, zoomed out a bit more than Diablo 3 I would say. Twin stick shooter type controls for movement and shooting. You could keep all the detail in the environment but increase the size of the maps to make them a dam site bigger. More enemies, larger fire teams, more personalisation of your character.
You could be on to a winner!
