Sounds like a good comparison. I played MW2 & black ops, gave battlefield bad company 2 a try and I am liking the game play. If you have not tried battlefield bad company 2 give it a try or at least consider doing so.

Let me try to provide some incite on what Microsoft has created. They discovered that customers will pay for something that is free on the PS3, PS2, Wii and every other system before it. I told my friend who is a diehard xbox guy that he should not support that type of business model since you vote with your wallet. Once infinity ward left I know the game would not grasp my attention as the rest of the games that the produced. My advice is to know what you put your money into, don't purchase a product thinking it will be better if the producer that created the game left.
I agree with your opinion that Microsoft is abandoning their hardcore audience for the casual players. If they continue to do so I think the next Xbox will be a Wii knock off which will be devastating to the industry.

I think sales are being hindered due to the fact that the majority of people who play the game are women and seeing that he cheated on his wife I think women are taking a stand.
