You must have not really looked at the trailer in-depth, notice that the train is moving. Imagine one squad is getting beat by pretty much a platoon, then they cross the train tracks and the enemy is stopped due to the trains progress. As soon as the trains leaves the platoon treks across, only to find out that a setup has been put into motion. But, dude this game has like 8 months left in development; Zipper could go the Insomniac route and add better graphics after the alpha stage. So, ...
Gears of War 1, 2= Delta Squad
Killzone 2= Alpha Squad, bro
True sonarus, I just took a short break from it lol
This article is bs...I work at a Wal-Mart in High Point, NC. I wanted to get the game from there, because of my 10% discount but couldn't because the game hasn't been shipped to most Wal-Mart stores. It's still not there, since then I went to Gamestop to get it in the plastic from my friend who works there on opening day. So, the main reason Wal-Mart is not at the top 1 on selling Killzone 2 is because it is not out on most store shelves.
This is kinda old, it was on Inside Tech like two days ago.
EDIT: But, I have remorse for this guy and his family. Many condolences from my way
I am from America, but I bet that dude has a Blu-ray player or either he can't afford one yet; he just ranting. This is just to get hits on Kotaku's site
They actually had that a while back, I don't know if they will be bringing it back
I think it will launch as successful as the video store. (You remember when everyone thought it would get a small selection, then bam...it had a ton of content to view) Sony just have to repeat that same formula with Home. Bring the trophy room, more content, and a more structured community(such as Home contest)and it would be a 08 killer.
I seen the $20 and $50 PSN cards at my local Wal-Mart and Blockbuster.
Trust me it's good dude, I play all the time when I have time. It is the most tactical game I have ever played. You can just tell the difference from the hardcore COD4, and the people who primarily play the SOCOM series. The first thing you may see is a guy start to run and gun, then you will fall out laughing when he drops to the ground. In no way it is run & gun, it is so tactical that it forces people to play to that style. It's like that because, you can die from a few shots inst...
Oh I didn't have any doubt that you bought it. At the point I started talking out my @ss, I was talking to everyone who didn't get it. I wasn't trying to call you out or anything dude, but everyone who didn't get it are missing out.
That's cool dude, at least you know you will have something to pick up. Especially, if and when the next drought comes.
That's what I'm saying when I say it's a great review, but he kind of lost just a bit of credibility with those statements. But, besides the temp server problems the game has reached GOD status with me. The gameplay is a flawless victory(MK), if you love tactical games then by all chances get it. If you are still on the fence though, wait until the servers are fixed then make your decision. But, I couldn't be happier.
It should since the Firmware 2.5 is going to update all consoles for the new headset to work. But, we will see though
Yeah it's fixed dude, It's crazy because it didn't get fixed until the beta ended lol. So, they had to be testing the servers.
I paid it off yesterday, and will pay off LittleBigPlanet when it comes out. This will be a good week for me, I don't know about everyone else but, Update 1.60 fixed the problems I had with the beta. So, it is ready for the diehards to play. See you on guys
Yeah there are some complaining people on the beta, but you and me both know that, you can fit all of those games within your schedule:) I know I will^U^
The good thing about it, is that it's absolutely legal:) I agree with both 1& 2, this will only expand the horizon for developers to create new games. For instance, if their game is not being played that much, they would put it on WorldGaming.com and then their server ratings should shoot up.
It's called Urban Wasteland
This is a good look for Sony, hopefully a lot more third party devs will support the PS3 like how the 360 is treated. I hope they reconsider their decision about Splinter Cell as well, it needs to be a multiplatform.
P.S:Pass me the marshmallows, this is gonna get hot...
