Same here, although as you can tell from my avatar I may be a bit biased ;)
I downloaded Bonk's adventure last night and I gotta say the VC menu is a HUGE improvement over Nintendo's first party VC games. You get original system sounds, the ability to use a native, full or custom screen size- even the initial start up uses a different tune than the other VC games, it's pretty neat!
With damn near every major gaming site dishing out universal praise (and quite a few game of the show awards) this article reeks of saltiness. ...
Deservedly so- when one of the biggest names in gaming makes this many changes to its conventions, you take notice- and as one of the biggest fans of Zelda out there I'm all in- looks freaking amazing...
The salt is strong with this one..
I swear the hate for Nintendo on this site is unbelievable, Multiple people(myself included) have posted on this very thread proof that this article is a complete lie- yet people choose not to read-or they just don't give a flying f--k cause they want to jump the gun on Nintendo hate. I'm also getting sick of hearing certain people say how "empty" this world is- dafuq? Are we even watching the same stream? Even though we've only seen 1 percent of gameplay the density see...
In fact here's what Aonuma said in an IGN interview: “I can't share too much about villages because to tell you how the villages work, they're interconnected to the story and overall world.” sounds like towns exist to me..
Yeah I was pretty sure I heard someone mention that they will be talked about at a later date, not sure where this information is coming from..
People are trying so hard to troll this game right now, why so salty?
Wow, looks amazing- even more than I had hoped for, couldn't care less what the haters are saying- they will always be hating so who gives a damn, I can't wait to finally play this beauty!
Who cares? As a Nintendo fan I sure don't, I know big things are coming from the NX and I know Nintendo hasn't cared about E3 since at least 2008. It doesn't make my anticipation for Zelda any less ...
Truly a case of people only reading the headline and commenting based on that- click bait article that almost has nothing to do with the title- I thought it sounded weird knowing how well MH is selling on Nintendo hardware- especially impressive considering it's only on one console..
I've logged thousands of hours on in since launch, no exaggeration. But this guy has only played his for 67 hours in three years, clearly it must be indicative of EVERYBODYS experience right? I mean I've logged zero hours on a PS4 since 2013, must mean nobody's playing those things...
Most reviews I've seen are in the low 8 to high 8 mark- sure there are a few 7's in the mix and a couple of 9's- I'd hardly call that "negative" reviews..
Stay salty...
Who gives a shit? Out of everything we've heard so far on this title this is the problem? Don't play as her, problem solved- seems like a ridiculous reason to hate on an amazing looking game...
And apparently your situation is transcendent right? If that is your experience then it must be everybody elses too right? Weird that I have two Wii U's in my house(my own, and my kids wanted one) and a 360 with a shit ton of games for both- they barely touch the Xbox(my daughter does love her GTA games though)and the U gets played daily- they're playing Twilight Princess HD and Minecraft at the moment. I guess my point is don't assume..
It wouldn't be N4g without weekly Nintendo hating articles- seriously haven't we had enough of these?
The first handheld that I've actually been able to play on a regular basis- the games are all console quality with that Nintendo polish, plus I may be one of the few who still loves the glasses free 3d- five years later and it still blows my mind!
Although I would love for this to be true, this wouldn't be the first time WiiU got a listing that was a mistake, I'll expect a statement to be released soon clearing up the confusion(while giving us U owners the shaft)....
