I think this game will be a great spin-off like Four Swords was, great for pick up and play action type gaming with (hopefully for this game) fun multiplayer- but I completely agree with your sentiment on this being one of the best "Zeldas", no way a game like this could rival the magnitude of a mainline Zelda game..
This game looks fantastic, if you can't see that then there's no helping you- half of what you wrote is outright bullshit the other half I'm not technical enough to know any better(example, particle effects..this game is covered in em) but whatever some people can't stand to admit that Nintendo knows how to make a beautiful game..

Hmmm, seems like odd timing for this article considering A Link Between Worlds is garnering amazing reviews with almost all of them praising how the game has shaken up the formula drastically....
Bought this game on launch haven't been able to play anything else since - I already have over thirty hours logged in with plenty more to go-this game is Mario perfected, and I didn't even think I was going to like it as much as Galaxy-man was I wrong!
Even though the numbers aren't super impressive it's great to see the Wii U trending upwards for the second week in a row, it's the best selling home console in Japan right now..

I've seen his gaming habits on Miiverse too and it's mostly VC stuff- core Nintendo gamer or not he seems to think his opinion of Nintendo is more valid than other fans of the company..in fact on more than one occasion I've seen him labeling them"Nintendrones"(h eck he even uses this lame term on his Miiverse profile page) tongue in cheek my ass..

New Mario game drops, shakes up the gameplay and tweeks the formula-gets top ratings all over the internet dropping perfect scores left and right-must be time for Shigsy to hang it up= fanboy logic...
Well considering the demographics of the Xbox crowd compared to the Nintendo crowd there wasn't going to be much overlap anyways, meaning the people buying Mario 3d World are not the same people buying Xbox ones in most cases..

Wow, yet ANOTHER perfect score-Nintendo really seems to have hit this one out of the park..
I picked it up today, haven't been able to put it down it's the best Mario since 64 and in a lot of ways much better...(was going to save it for Christmas too, damn it)
