Regardless of your opinion-the law states that it is illegal..whether or not you agree with that is up to you-I was simply stating that the law defines it as theft- untill they change or modify it there is no grey area..it's theft.
With the absolute insane amount of profits that ninty has made off of the wii and ds..i wouldnt say anything is too exspensive for ninty-they get more revenue than sony...

It's about time somebody said it!-I loved the hell out of the gamecube version..and then a few months later my friend got it for his ps2 and was bragging about all the extra content and crap-and then i saw it and i had to laugh it looked like shit! What do people expect though it was built specifically for the cube and it shows!

I have a Wii and netflix runs great on it! The writer of this article is also wrong about the disc..Wii owners got the discless upgrade the same day ps3 owners did..I'm using it right now..
Actually there have been more than a couple of developers who have compared the 3ds power to that of a 360..And judging by the resident evil games and street fighter(and to some extent mgs)I believe them..I mean come on these are first gen games and they look amazing..I think it will end up kinda like the current ps3/360 situation where sony says they are more powerful..but only the hardest of tech geeks can tell the difference between the two!
