I’d give the shower a 6/10 it was good with helldivers 2, phantom blade, mgs 3 remake, marathon and Spider-Man 2 gameplay not as many first party games were there but that just means state of plays to focus on those other studios or be announced during summer game fest

I really hope blood borne 2 is announced, the first one sold well and with the success of elden ring being so massive a blood borne 2 would definitely have high success whether it’s world is as giant elden ring’s or not
It’s not their last chance, it just sucks Xbox hasn’t had any great games come out and quite a few people thought red fall was going to be that big Bethesda exclusive to show what Xbox now owns and what we’d be missing if we didn’t have a Xbox,but yes if starfield flops it would still be bad, like oh another over hyped Xbox game and on top of that I’d be 2 for 2 for Bethesda at that point, Xbox just needs a solid game Whether it’s the next big halo or cod contender or a heavy story based game...

He’s done a lot for Xbox over the years I wouldn’t get rid of him but I feel he should have Xbox focus more on their games being improved in quality and actually something new, the pass few years have been gamepass and buying companies to put under their belt to make themselves look better, which worked for a bit but they need actual good games to back these purchases up.

As much as I’d love to see a part 3 for this franchise I think it ended on a solid note my opinion, where or what would they go with Ellie? She’ll suddenly muster up the courage to go after abbey again? Or would they just go off with abbey? I think the series is ended on a solid note and going for a part 3 would be a far grab and would be hard to match and overcome what part 1&2 have brought us.
Seeing the news about Microsoft working with Nintendo to bring cod to them was cool to see, but we all know the switch isn’t capable to play cod at the full AAA level, unless Nintendo is working on a next-gen switch or entirely new console, Microsoft is shooting them selves in the foot and it’s set in stone for 10 years… it’d be really terrible if not one port or any ideas efficiently work for Nintendo

Only thing I can say if the talk is Microsoft now has games now from acquisitions, it really shows how poor majority of ms first party studios were, Sonys teams sure not a lot compared to ms now but they still have heavy contenders to Microsoft, Microsoft just pretty much buy their way to please the masses

Xbox should’ve done what Sony did and just make a console same specs just digital, was a smart move to make a cheaper console but when your competitor has a digital console that’s the same specs as it’s physical disc version and 100$ cheaper and doesn’t have any downsides, it was a risky decision that’s not going to help them in the long run even this short time with these consoles being out
