This is why i don't try to get involved in beta testing, it would kill the full release for me, just keep up the workrate and make sure it's great for the rest of us.

I don't think that they need to drop the price, before i bought a PS3 i thought it was far too expensive but since purchasing one back in January of this year i believe that it represents excellent value for money.
If people's custom levels can match the quality of these boxarts then we're going to see some amazing stuff.

Far Cry2, Midnight Club LA, Dead Space on the 24th, Fallout3 on the 10th, LBP on the 31st, some great thinking going on there then, after a typical summer of very few releases we get the usual Octoberfest, some games will have to be missed by me this time unfortunately.
Do these people not realise it's a game ?, i complain about a lot of things we put up witj in the UK but i wouldn't say that our guys are bad for this sort of thing, hope it doesn't put it back now because this is looking like it'll be good.
This will give me something to take my mind off of waiting for LBP
Don't know who's right and who's wrong for this release date ?, a couple of UK sites are saying 26th September, others are saying 31st October ??????
This does suck, i've passed up on a few PS3 multi-plat releases and went for 360, just for the added achievements, not on this game though, this is still a PS3 title for me.
Is it next year when Sony are making trophies mandatory ?
Unless you're fluent in Japanese it's not time to get excited yet, hopefully a release for USA won't take too long though, Dark Cloud was approximately a 6 month wait but Rogue Galaxy only took an extra month, let's hope this is about a month.
As for us Europeans though ?, Rogue Galaxy took almost 2 years longer for a Euro release, better get a USA import then.
Either way this is looking mighty good.
I'm amazed at how good it looks, the textures are superb but more impressive is the detail when you zoom in, not long to wait now but all these LBP videos and screenshots are making the wait a nightmare.
Definitely buying this with the headset, looking good now.
I hate the idea of having no physical media, i like to get the disc, packaging, artwork, instructions, etc, etc, i downloaded Warhawk from PSN and it just doesn't feel like i own anything.
Like to make us wait don't they ?

Who cares which company sells the most ?,it makes no odds to anyone unless you're on the payroll of MS or Sony,fanboys can argue about this, that , or the other being better but all i care about are getting great games, the more these 2 companies push other, the better as far as i'm concerned.
I played my 360 to death up until February of this year, then i got a PS3 and it's my console of choice now but as i said i couldn't care less who sells the most units.
Excellent i'm looking for a career change, might even get recognition as the crappiest level designer. lol.
For quite a while now a lot of people including myself have been saying that this game is the most important release this gen, looks like the people in the know agree, i really can't wait for this game.
I thought this game already had a release date in the USA ?, i was hoping for one anyway, i know it's not coming to Europe (surprise, surprise) and was going to import it from the U.S., i just wanted a good looking game which i could play and chill out to at the same time.
I don't think that MS will respond to Home at all, they won't think that they need to, mostly everyone who has a 360 have always raved on about XBL, it's an excellent service, most PS3 owners basically wanted to see XBL on the PS3, with the update that included in-game XBM it was close enough for us. Home looks good and i'm looking forward to using it but i'd have to say that i don't see MS really needing anything like it, i always liked XBL and there's no need to fix something that isn't bro...
If it's 3 months between release dates then chances are that i'll be done with Resistance 2 anyway, i'm not one for playing just one game for months on end.
Only 2 games have ever lasted that long for me, COD4 which was a keeper and Forza2, mainly for playing around in the paint shop.
