BF3 according to VGchartz sold 15.77million, and that might not include digital sales. Its highly likey that Bf4 will sell over 16 million. Its going to be on Xbox 360/One, Ps3/4 and Pc.
U make a valid point. Although even though its coming to Xbox first, Playstation isnt out of the question because the Titanfall IP is still owned by EA and the depending on the deal that Microsoft and EA have in place, who knows what will happen.

As far as release date games go, the only one I would want to own is BATTLEFIELD 4. All the other games will get a RENTAL depending on how good they are. If they have MULTIPLAYER, then I will only consider buying if my friends buy it.
I played it on PC, and once I got to Chapter 10, i was bored of the game, so I put some cheats on just to finish the game. I used infinite ammo, and infinite health. Overall I'll give the game about a 5 or 6. Dead Space 1 and 2 were much better.

I think the real problem with the Wii U is, that it would cost developers more to try and find ways to optimize games for 1080p 60Fps.
Xbox360, Xbox One, Windows 7 and Windows 8 are all made by Microsoft, hence a Microsoft exclusive. Although it might be timed since EA prolly own the rights to the game.

It is a Microsoft exclusive if Microsoft is going to publish it. Im not sure if they are though. I know they are Publishing Capcoms Dead Rising 3 for sure.

It does matter but since they have similar specs, it doesnt matter as much. It all comes down to the games now. Multi-platform games will usually look better on PC.
The diffrence is, Sega stopped making quality games long before they went multiplatform.
Thier Consoles are inferior and they sell it on innovation or Gimmicks/gadgets/special features.

Thier games wont suffer since they always produce quality games.
Why dont Nintendo go Multiplatform and sell 10 Times the games. If they sold thier Games on Ps3, Xbox360, DS, X1, PS4, PC, Android, IOS, imagine how many sales they would make. More then they ever would on thier own console. Maybe in 5 years they will do do what sega did.
Microsoft is trying to innovate, the new controller port isnt simply for audio anymore. Thiers many diffrent types of add-ons that can be made. Example, Touchscreen, Touchpad etc... This is a capability that Sony doesnt have in thier console because they went with Bluetooth. Wifi Direct is Better.
