Your forgetting how much power the next gen consoles will use. I doubt you'll be walking around with 100 watt tablets or phones when Tegra 6 comes out.
i dont think so. Im not sold on the multiplayer on this game yet, and its not a shooting game so mulitplayer might not be as fun as a shooting game.
This doesn't look like next gen, it looks like every other racing game.
COD has auto aim so i doubt the difference would be drastic.
bf4 is 99% of bf3 with new maps and modes.

U gamers need to realize that the gaming industry is a buisness and rockstar and every other company are out there to get ur money. But they wont get a dime from me.
U must have no idea how much detail rockstar was able to cram in less than 512mb.
I always turn off aim assist in every game and i agree with some of the things u said about free aim. I use my controller with kontrol freeks to increase my accuracy even greater and have the sensitivity around 80 or 90% and i have no problem targeting headshots.
The Military already trained me to use a rifle.
I think they realized they have to work from the ground up when making new games, to bad they spent 8 years copying and pasting.
