The bugdet for watch dogs compared to GTA 4 should also be considered.

Its still a good game for Ubisofts first open world like GTA game. They probably werent aiming for realism, and they used a new engine with the game. The mechanics of the game are more saints row than GTA IV. Now i would like to see a GTA IV vs gta 5 comparison like that video.

To do executions with a controller,
hold rt and then press b.
The game doesnt tell you how to do it. Stealth executions are just B.

Games is good, i played about 10 hrs of mostly story campaign. This game will get 8-9s
stop changing you settings to much, i noticed that it was all the changing that was causing it, restart your game and the stutter will be gone. But do not change your settings ingame. And if it still stutters, lower the shadows.
Dont be blinded by the graphics, it looks like a game crytek made so far.
the dips are real and annoying and i can confirm that, but the day 1 patch hasnt been released yet.
