Go for it, they just might give you your money back, but you will probably end up buying it again. I ended up getting my money back for Battlefield 4 digital but they didnt take my license away. Do it on xbox.com
umm, they did it for BF4 digital. I got my money back and so did a few of my friends.
I am able to use my Xbox One controller now.
It didnt do anything for matchmaking, me and my friend still had issues and eventually had to restart the game and search on our own to find a match, it doesnt seem to work with more then 1 person. We Tried for about 20 minutes before giving up, its the same as before.

Its so unoptimized for my Amd card, even if I put it at 720p and all low settings it runs at 10fps with lag, I think Nvidia cards are running this game just fine.

Conclusion - Wait for performance patch
These settings will probably only work if you are using the same car he is, it didnt work for me.
PC users will be able to use PS4 controllers and Xbox one also. so... D pad is not an issue.
