Couldnt you run the exe in Windows Compatibility mode? Right click project 64, go to properties and then run in compatibility for older version of windows. Lmk if it works!!
Lol, this gpu is similar to the gpu in the PS4. This card has 1280 shaders, the one in the ps4 has 1152 shaders. Ofcourse they have other differences too but you'll have to do your own research.

I think its for certain sections in the game, like the swamp area, thats the section that got hit hard with fps drops. Seen it on digital foundry, fps drops to a solid 20 fps because of vsync.
I beat the game, for anyone asking. And as you can see there is a percentage of people that did get bored while playing, im guessing something like 40%.

I dont think it was a glitch, the guard woke up and shot him and then he lost his balance fell, and then the guy at the bottom was trying to resuscitate him back to life lol
